mr. brendon fleming, assistant principal of georgia school ningbo, joined the food-hunting trip as our first featured guest.

宁波地区水稻栽培可追溯至7000年前的河姆渡文明，那么逛吃第一站就从食米开始吧。

ningbo has a 7,000-year history of rice farming which dates back to the hemudu neolithic culture. thus, we chose for our first trip a rice-themed destination—the wang shengda museum in ningbo.

我们就一起去体验这种绿色“dumpling”的制作过程。

we headed for our next stop where we would learn how to make qingtuan, the green glutinous rice dumpling.

第一次亲手做青团，很有趣，布兰登很喜欢宁波的各种“dumpling”、甜酒酿等。

brendon’s first date with qingtuan was full of fun. his other favorite foods in ningbo include dumplings of various varieties and jiuniang, chinese sweet fermented rice.

我来自加拿大，和妻子一起到宁波工作已有三年。这是一个美妙的城市，文化、传统与现代生活方式完美融合。宁波很漂亮，大城市拥有的在这里都能找到。我非常喜欢宁波。

i come from canada and have been working and living in ningbo for three years. ningbo is an amazing place where you will experience a perfect integration of its traditional cultures and modern lifestyles. it also has fascinating scenic areas as well as many other things you would find in a large developed city. anyway, what i really want to say here is, i love ningbo.
